As the Europe’s housing crisis is deepending and the publication of the EU’s first ever Affordable Housing Plan and the submission deadline for the National Building Renovation Plans draw near, this briefing by ICLEI Europe emphasises the urgent need for an integrated approach to affordability and sustainability in housing policy.
